Nate Lehman

Lead Pastor

I am a husband and father of three. Erica and I have been married for twenty-one years. Erica is an educator in the public school system.
Talyn is our oldest. She attends Mississippi State University and looks forward to becoming a meteorologist.
Waylon is our middle child. He loves everything sports, especially the New York Knicks.
Cannon is our youngest and proudly introduces himself as “cannonball”. Together we live the typical family life and are loving it!
I have served in a church of twenty members and one with thousands of members. Those experiences have given me a unique view of ministry and leadership. I believe everyone is redeemable through Jesus Christ.
I graduated from Valdosta State University and Asbury Seminary.

Lisa Enfinger

Youth Director

Welcome! I am Lisa Enfinger the BFMC Youth Director.
I joined the group of volunteers that were working with the youth program in 2020 and became a part of the staff in 2021 after retiring from teaching 31 years.
I previously worked with children and youth ministries at another church for 15 years and have always loved sharing God’s love with young people.
I am married and have 2 wonderful children. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, riding bikes, boating and barefoot water skiing.

Madelyn Ard

Youth Intern

Hi, I’m Madelyn,
I attend ABAC in Bainbridge where I am majoring in Nursing and will begin the ASN program in the Fall. I am looking forward to being involved with the youth group and children, sharing the gospel with them and watching their relationships grow stronger with God. I know my brother Mason Ard’s shoes are going to be hard to fill as he was such an inspiration to the youth and children, but my goal is to pick up where he left off and continue to be as much of an inspiration to the kids as he was. I am thrilled to be working alongside Mrs. Lisa, who was also a teacher of mine when I was in school, and I know that together we can continue to make changes happen in the lives of the youth as they deepen their relationship with Christ. I feel so blessed to be a part of this journey and I know God’s plan is greater than any other plan, and I’m right where I need to be. I am grateful that I’ve been given the opportunity to take on this position and I’m eager to begin as the church’s new youth intern.

Patty Hamilton

Children's Director

I grew up in Bainbridge but moved away to attend Covenant College.
After graduating I settled in Chattanooga and taught middle school language arts for more than a decade. I earned my M.Ed and Ed.S degrees while teaching.
I met my husband, Daniel, and when he left the Army in 2019, we moved to Bainbridge with our sons, Henry and Charlie.
I have loved being back in my hometown.
I now homeschool our boys and stay involved in the community by coordinating our local Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program and volunteering as a CASA. I also enjoy teaching a yoga class at the YMCA each week.
We have attended Bainbridge First Methodist for several years following our return to Bainbridge, and I came on staff in 2024.
I have loved being a part of the ministry team here and look forward to continuing to work with families through the children's ministry.

Paul and Alexis Casiano

Music Director and Assistant Music Director

We are Paul and Alexis Casiano, and we are excited to serve Bainbridge First Methodist
Church side by side as Music Director and Assistant Music Director. We are both originally from the Philippines, where we met at university. We then pursued our respective graduate studies here in the United States, got married last year, and are now beginning a new chapter together in Florida and Georgia.
We both hold degrees in Music, specializing in Piano Performance and Piano Pedagogy.
I, Paul, love playing chess, going on walks, and playing board games (ring me for a game of Catan!).
I, Alexis, love swimming, going on walks, and hosting friends in our home.
Together, we love making music, especially for the glory of the Lord.

Jenna Chambliss

Music Ministries Assistant

Hi. I'm Jenna. I'm a native of Bainbridge, and I have a beautiful daughter named Roxie. My love of music started at a young age and has grown with me through the decades. I have participated in things such as Honors Choir, All-State Competitions, joined my former church's adult choir at age 12, and have been singing in an adult church choir for close to 30 years now. I started helping and eventually leading the children’s choir at my last church over 20 years ago and have been part of the handbell choir as well. I love working with the children and helping them develop their talent and skills.

Ronda Warren

Church Secretary

Hello everyone! My name is Ronda (yes without the “h”) Warren and I am very excited to be the new Church Secretary for Bainbridge First Methodist Church!
I look forward to meeting everyone and developing relationships, as I do my best to be a valuable new addition to the church family.
Not a totally new addition however, my family attended this church many years ago and I have lived in the area my entire life, other than the past few years which have been spent in the Cheaha Mountain area in mid-Alabama.
When I have spare time, I enjoy cooking and gardening, as well as spending time with my kids, Abi and John Paul, and my two dogs, Murphy and Red.
Please come say hello anytime, I’m very excited to enter into this journey with you all.

Suzanne Brandt

Finance Secretary

My name is Suzanne Brandt. I joined Bainbridge First Methodist staff as Financial Secretary in December of 2025.
Although I grew up with Bainbridge as my hometown, I spent much of my adult life in Atlanta. I graduated high school from Bainbridge Christian Academy, attended Tennessee Temple College in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and finally, Valdosta State College. My daughter is an instructor at the Veterinary School at LSU, and my son is a trucking foreman in Tallahassee. I am blessed with 3 wonderful grandchildren.
Returning to Bainbridge with my family in 1995 when my parents’ health was declining, I served locally as Controller at Bainbridge Post-Searchlight, Director of Keep Decatur County Beautiful, and CEO at Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA. It is refreshing to see many familiar faces here at the Church.
Hobbies include creative writing, reading, crafting, and walking on dirt roads with my sister. My grandchildren are my favorites! .
